The m.a.r.s. team from the UK showed up with a huge O powered hybrid rocket.  All three of those sections go together!  This crew came a long way and worked hard to get a very complex system into the air.  They had an amazing array of ground support equipment, including a satellite dish for on the playa internet access.  If they can bring Yahoo to the playa, surely they can launch a rocket, right?
